What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you always have.
Effective August 26, 2026.
The Civic School is a program of SCOPE Learning Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us”). You can reach us anytime at danielle@thecivicschool.org or at 2131 E Lincoln Drive, Phoenix, Arizona.
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, your child’s grade, and anything you write to us through our waitlist form, chat, email, or event registrations. Like most websites, we also use standard analytics tools (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel), which use cookies to help us understand how the site is used.
We use your information to respond to you, to send you the updates you asked for (tour dates, information sessions, enrollment news), to manage event registrations and logistics, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing you didn’t sign up for.
We only send text messages to people who have expressly opted in, and we use them for logistics: reminders and confirmations for tours, information sessions, and events you signed up for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing danielle@thecivicschool.org.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with the service providers that run our operations on our behalf, such as our communications platform (LeadConnector), our website host, and our analytics tools, and only so they can provide those services to us. We never sell or rent your information.
This website is written for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, every text message honors STOP, and you can email us at any time to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
